Sleep is vital. But it doesn't always come easy, to some it is only possible with the help of medications. in this project we set out to understand how we can make people sleep better.
Our initial research led us to the understanding that the underlying cause for sleeplessness for most people is stress, and that processing daily activities and emotions is one of the keys for relieving it.
We pivoted our project to children in order to implement better sleep hygiene behavior earlier in life.
Together with child psychologist Dr. Celine Maroudas we designed a game where children are empowered to tell there own stories, and through those - talk to adults about what goes on in their life.
We designed the game to be opened and be read like a book, leafing through the steps of the game like a bedtime story.
